We provide personal accounts only, and no commercial use is allowed. Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content generated by Angus and Bugsy's Story Time Adventures is owned and managed by Blueshift Media, the owner of Angus and Bugsy's Story Time Adventures. Users do not own the content and are not permitted to download or distribute it. Any content you create through our platform remains the intellectual property of Blueshift Media.
Subscribers gain access to their generated stories for as long as their subscription is active. If a subscription is cancelled, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After this period, access to all generated content will be restricted unless a new subscription is established. Extra tokens are only available to customers with a live subscription; they cannot be used if the subscription lapses. Upon re-subscribing, any previously acquired extra tokens will be reinstated. Tokens can not be transferred to another account.
We collect only the essential personal information required to operate our services: your first name, last name, and email address. Any character names shared during story creation are used solely within the context of the generated content and are not stored individually. These names may appear in both the text and audio of the stories, but they are considered non-identifiable information under GDPR and children's privacy laws.
We use third-party services to enhance your experience on Angus and Bugsy's Story Time Adventures. However, we do not share any customer information with these services. Your personal information remains confidential and secure within our platform.
All aspects of Angus and Bugsy's Story Time Adventures, including the platform itself, branding, and any proprietary technologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Blueshift Media. Users are not granted any rights to this intellectual property and are prohibited from using it outside of the permitted use on the platform. While we use third-party payment processors like Stripe, which may display their branding and Google and Apple branding, we do not allow any third-party branding on our site.
We strive to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the content generated on our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the content will always be available or error-free. We back up content on a regular basis, but we are not responsible for any lost data. If the server is offline or the service is unavailable, we cannot be held liable for any resulting issues.
We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to the platform if they violate the terms of service, especially in cases of misuse. Accounts will not be terminated for inactivity, but any violation of these terms will result in account termination without notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated via email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the service after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Blueshift Media regarding your use of our services. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We will not be held liable for any failure to fulfil our obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other acts of God.
All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, the corresponding subscription services will be provided for the full duration of the subscription term. Given the nature of our services, which incur costs for maintaining content, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy applies to all subscription tiers and one-time purchases of additional tokens or stories. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your content until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
